District Registration for the Fall Athletic Season

​Available beginning July 20, 2026

Required to be completed before Monday, August 3, 2026

Athletes must complete the online registration, upload a current physical on the CHSAA required form and pay the district athletic fee before they can participate in mandatory football practices, which begin August 3, 2026.

1. Complete the online registration

2. Upload physical using the CHSAA required form in this link: CHSAA Preparticipation Examination (PPE) 

3. Pay the $185 District/LHS Athletic Fee for Fall on PaySchoolsCentral.com

 

If you are new to LHS as a 10th, 11th or 12th grader and plan to participate in sports, please contact the Athletic Director to begin the transfer process!
